Questions

The things everyone asks

How long does a website take?

A single-page Starter site goes live in one day once your content is ready. With copy, photos, and logo in hand, we build and launch it the same day. Larger multi-page builds run two to four weeks from kickoff to launch. Either way, the biggest variable is how quickly your content (photos, service descriptions, bios) comes back to us, so we tell you exactly what we need on day one.

Do I own the website when it is done?

Yes, completely. You own the domain, the code, and the content. There is no proprietary platform holding your site hostage, and no penalty for taking it elsewhere.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your logo and brand colors if you have them, photos you want used, and a rough idea of your pages. If you do not have those yet, that is fine. We sort it out in discovery.

Will I be able to update it myself?

For content that changes regularly, we build in an editor you can use without touching code. For structural changes, a care plan or hourly work covers it.

What does hosting cost?

Hosting for a site like this typically runs $0-20 per month depending on traffic, plus roughly $15 per year for the domain. We set it up in your own accounts so the bills and the control stay with you.

What if I already have a site I mostly like?

Then we do not rebuild it. We audit what you have and quote only the work that moves the needle, usually speed, mobile layout, and search visibility.
