Logo Design

No monthly fees. Once the site is live there is no subscription and no software bill. Your only ongoing cost is your domain renewal, roughly $15-20 a year, paid to your own registrar.

How payment works. $250 deposit via Venmo before work begins, $250 once the site is finished and live. Additional logo revisions are $25 each. Anything outside the one-page build is quoted and agreed in writing before it gets built, so the price you are told is the price you pay.

The things everyone asks

What does it cost, all in?

$500 for the website, plus $50 if you also need a logo. That is the whole price. You pay $250 by Venmo before we start and $250 once the site is finished and live. After that the only bill you ever get is your domain renewal, which is around $15-20 a year and goes to your registrar, not to us.

Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy?

Because those are subscriptions, and they never stop. Their builder plans generally run somewhere around $10-25 a month depending on the plan you land on, which is roughly $400-900 over three years, and then it keeps going for as long as you are in business. With us you pay $500 once. Three years in you have spent about $545 including your domain, you own the site outright, and there is no plan to keep paying.

How long does it take?

The site can go live in 2 days once your content is ready. The long pole is almost never the building, it is getting your service list, photos, license number, and hours back from you. We tell you exactly what we need on the first call so you can gather it in one sitting.

Do I own the website when it is done?

Completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting is your own account, and the site itself is yours. Nothing is held on our platform, so there is nothing to be held hostage and no penalty for taking it elsewhere.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business name and what you do, your phone, email, and service area, your hours, and your license number if your state requires it be displayed. Photos of your own work if you have them, plus insurance, bonding, or certification details worth showing. If you do not have a logo, we can make one for $50.

Is hosting really free?

Yes, for a site this size. It runs on your own free Cloudflare account, with no ads and no monthly bill. Buying a domain does not include hosting, which trips up almost everyone, so we set both up and connect them for you.

What if I need something changed later?

Send it over and we will tell you what it costs before we touch anything. A one-page site does not change often, so most clients never need this. We do not put you on a monthly plan to cover it.

Do you only work with contractors?

That is our focus right now - roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, remodelers, landscapers, and similar trades. It is what the one-page format is built around. If you are in another line of work, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
